On behalf of SMPS consultants, we thank Richa Shah for sharing her expertise and providing training to all our staff on their performance enhancement and review systems. Her tailored training methods and material for various category of staff were exceedingly helpful and met our objectives of the training. We appreciate her thoughtfulness, subject knowledge and approachability to speak with participants who now feel more prepared and confident to embark on the new initiative. We hope to work with HR Catalogue in future and wish them all the best for all endeavors.
